Simulation of Adaptive Systems
What is
this?
Adapt is an adaptive system simulation
program. It can simulate the Kohonen and Perceptron neutral
networks. It shows the inputs, outputs, the weight matrix and the
estimated outputs for the precepton system.
Features:
- You can adjust the size of the network
- Choose between boolean and real type
- Change the train settings
- It can show the Kohonen map for the trained Kohonen
system in a separated window.
System
Requirements
- Operating System
It's a win32 application, so it can run on Windows
NT4.0/95/98.
- CPU
The minimum
CPU requirement is Intel 386DX, but we recommend at least an Intel Pentium
100MHz processor or equal. The speed depends on the size of the neutral
network. ( A train of a precepton network with 100 neurons, 100 inputs and 100
patterns in 1000 steps requires 5 minutes on a Pentium 233MHz. )
- Memory
The size of the used memory depends on the size of the
network. Each cell of the matrixes requires more than 40
bytes. So a network with 200 neurons, 200 inputs and 200
patterns more than 10MB memory.
- Display
VGA monitor capable of 256 colors or greater.(16 bit
color depth recommended.)
- 2 MB HDD
Where
can you found it?
From here can you download the self-extracting Install.exe (1.2MB) which contains
the setup files.
